How does CLUB DIEM work?
When you join the CLUB DIEM, you'll first receive a CLUB Starter Kit which will includes a case of your colour choice and one or two of your chosen 10ml plus two 2ml samples of new scents for you to try.
After your CLUB starter kit you’ll receive a 10ml refill of your choice at a cadence of your choice. You can update your scent preferences and order cadence at any time from your account dashboard here.
Are your fragrances vegan and cruelty free?
Yes, our fragrances are vegan, cruelty-free, and contain no animal products.
Are your fragrances high quality?
Absolutely, every one of our fragrances has been created by a world class perfumer at our fragrance house, who creates scents for some of the biggest brands in the world.
All scents are exclusive to Diem. They are not constrained by price, we just want the best quality.
How long does a 30ml bottle last
A clinical efficacy testing of our Bio-Pilixin® Formula found that for many participants reduced hair loss could be measured after 45 days of use. However, it usually takes 150 days to see significant effects of the Bio-Pilixin®.

What are your shipping times?
If you place your order before 2pm on any set day, we aim to ship the same day. Any orders after 2pm will be shipped the following day and we always estimate arrival time at between 3 - 5 business days.
If there are any delays to your shipment please contact charlotte@diemscents.com and let her know and she will investigate for you.
